Very strange faces appear not unexpect by the description.

Changeable Gentlemen
An early set, where all the cards were numbered on production (Hence this set contains the characters as it was made). Other (later?) versions are not nubers so could be made up from different sets. We have seen about 60 different heads/noses/bodies, so obviously there were many variations of this game
Inner label, lists characters including “Mr Pitt, Mr Fox, Nelson, Bonaparte &cc, &cc” with original label
Each set was made up of 28 heads, noses and shoulders making 21958 possible different combinations.
We believe that this game was sold over a period of time (as many games were) and kept up-to-date by replacing characters, so perhaps the numbers were removed to make this easier

A very pretty – “mismatch” style booklet – (it is small 2″ by 4.5″ appr)
It is made up of 10 pages (including the cover) – 8 are cut in three so different heads / bodys / feet can be view (similar to Changeable Gentlemen).
The sheet have pictures on both sides so there are a possibility of 125 difference (head/middle/feet) using the back and front cover.
It was used as advertising for Bon Marche the surrounds being horse drawn carriages
Au Bon Marche – Booklet – very good condition – no damage

A part set of cards (18/26) with a series of different puzzles, and riddles. Some hard and some easy.
Puzzle Cards – 18/26 (assumed as “numbered” with a letter (A-Z)) – Good condition, odd marks, undamaged – no rules or box

An interesting game which seems to be a Children’s Game (similar to a German Klassen-Lotterie game (1880)). It consists of:
A set of picture cards – numbered 1 to 60
A set of description cards (that match the picture cards) numbered 1 to 60
5 sets of Klasse cards
1ste Klasse 10 cards between 1 and 15 centen
2de Klasse 10 cards between 1 and 20 centen
3de Klasse 10 cards between 1 and 20 centen
4de Klasse 10 cards between 3 and 25 centen
5de Klasse 20 cards between niet (10 cards) and 100 centen
Each set of cards and klasse cards are in their own cases which match the box that they all fit into.
Unfortunately no rules – but from Klassen-Lotterie. The description from Klassen-Lotterie is
“The lottery cards and the tokens are dealt out to the players, then each player in turn draws a counter from the draw box and can claim a lottery card from the other players.” The object of the game is to end up with the most lottery cards.
Condition – Complete / Cards – very good but six have number over-written in pen (3de Klasse) / no rules / Original box and 7 inner boxes – Outer box scuffed at edges / inner boxes good (each labelled in pen) with contents
